Dr. Rosy Rajbhandary was awful during our first and only visit. Every symptom I explained to her, she said was absolutely normal and nothing to worry about. Saw me for 30 seconds, referred me to a hand surgeon for a completely unrelated problem, and sent me for more bloodwork that “will come back normal.” When I was scheduled for my follow up (months out, by the way), I was cancelled the week of my appointment. I was given a text and a voicemail regarding the sudden cancellation. The day of my appointment comes and Kelsey calls, asking about why I wasn’t there. She then proceeds to say she messed up the cancellation, meant to block out a different day, PERSONALLY called me and left a message stating that my appointment was still on as usual. I have the receipts from my call log and my voicemail that I did not receive this call back. The entire time, she is rude and argumentative and hangs up on me multiple times. I would never recommend this place or these people to anyone. They’re lucky they still have jobs.

Dr. Rose was so kind. was able to put my mind at ease in this difficult time of mine. She listens to my concerns and did really spend time w/ me during the visit. Clinic staff are also friendly and approachable always... will be back here for sure if needed.

Dr. Rosy Rajbhandary is very pleasant to talk with. She listens and shared information of my condition. She gives the proper care and treatment; she is a doctor with a heart for her patients. ;)

I have never been overwhelmed in such a positive way as I was with my new Rheumatologist. From my Front desk personel who greeted me and made me feel welcomed, to my Nurse who deserves an excellence award. My goodness her personality, and every vibe she gave was phenomenal. Then I finally met my Dr. She listens, she's careful and patient and then she advised on my next steps.

The whole office atmospheres is great. Staff is very professional and friendly. Dr. Rajbhandary is wonderful. She explains everything so you can understand and definitely puts you at ease.
